WRSDC Spring Business Meeting

Our Spring Business Meeting of 2021 was held at the Ariens Museum in Brillion on Funday May 16th with 44 members and friends attending. Ten Studebakers (and a Corvette) brought many of the members to the meeting. The weather was beautiful and the venue was a great place to have a meeting.   The museum features Ariens and Gravely lawn and garden and maintenance equipment.  The Gravely equipment has a direct connection to Studebaker as Gravely was owned by Studebaker in the 1960's.  There is a large garden tractor and a strange piece of prototype lawn equipment that have  "Gravely - Studebaker"  ID plates on them but there was no information as to whether either one of these was ever mass-produced. The picnic type meal was catered by Cobblestone Creek of Brillion and the cost of the meal was paid by the members attending. We had a  meeting room and a cafeteria that served our needs very well. Thanks to Edwin and Jennifer Knutson, both employees of Ariens,  for a great job setting up this meeting and doing the registration.
